We recommend sizing up by 2 sizes for square pillows only. Example: If you are buying a 18x18 pillow cover, purchase a 20x20 insert. This will insure that it has a full look. The Lumbar pillows need to be the same size as the pillow cover.
If your pillow cover does not have fringe, tassels or leather we recommend dry cleaning. If your pillow does have fringe, tassels or leather we recommend spot cleaning only.
